This step is very necessary because without doing this, Google will not index your blog moreover they do not know about your blog. So how could you gain organic traffic? So it is very important to connect your blog with google search console. To connect your blog with google search console either you have to verify DNS or meta tag etc. The easiest way to verify your blog is by using meta tag in your blog and verify your site in GCA.Submit sitemap
After connecting GCA with your site you should make a list of URL of your post that you have posted in your site which is called sitemap. For creating sitemap you can go to labnol and enter your site URL. Then submit. You will get your sitemap then go to setting section of your blog and head on to the crawling and indexing section and paste your sitemap in customrobot.txt section. Then you are ready to go then you have to submit your sitemap in GCA. To submit sitemap go to the sitemap section of google search console then you can see your website URL then blank space. Simply fill up index.xml then press submit. If it is submitted successfully it is ok but if it is showing error then wait for a while and refresh the page it will work.Don't make a blog on the multi-topic.
As a beginner, you should be focused on working out with the same niche. You should not work on multiple topics so that it is easy for you to rank in google and make internal linking which is one of the ranking factors. Also attracting user for multiple blogs is not possible. Some might have an interest in one topic but not in other. So that as a beginner blogger I would suggest you work out with a single topic.
Publish quality content.
